Este viaje nació de una pregunta que nos hicimos con el corazón:
¿Qué lugares, qué momentos, qué silencios querríamos regalarles a nuestras amigas si vinieran por primera vez a Costa Rica?
Las dos (Vero y Cata) hemos vivido fuera, y al pensar este recorrido, lo hicimos con ellas en mente. Más que visitar, queremos que lo vivas como lo viviríamos entre amigas: con intención, libertad y encanto real.

Este no es un retiro para encontrarte. Ni un viaje para llenarte de experiencias.
Tierra Adentro es una pausa consciente.
Un recorrido íntimo de 10 días por Costa Rica —y por ti—, sin filtros ni exigencias.
Un espacio para bajar el ritmo, mirar lo que habita adentro y volver a habitarte con más honestidad, más gozo y más verdad.

Sí, vamos a caminar entre volcanes y selvas.
Sí, vamos a sentir el cuerpo vibrar en el agua, rituales y fuegos compartidos.
Pero no lo hacemos para “ser mejores” ni para “resolvernos”.
Lo hacemos porque vivir así —con presencia, con otras, con alma— ya es suficiente.

Este viaje es para mujeres como tú:
Que ya han caminado, buscado, viajado.
Que ya no necesitan escapar, sino sostenerse.
Que ya no necesitan probar nada, sino simplemente ser.

Solo un grupo de mujeres reales, en un viaje real, por lo que verdaderamente importa.

Qué incluye Tierra Adentro

Más que un itinerario, esto es un tejido vivo.

Durante 10 días, vas a recorrer Costa Rica desde adentro:
no solo por sus caminos, sino por su pulso, su tierra, su magia.

La experiencia incluye:

– Hospedajes cuidadosamente elegidos:

Algunos son simples, otros más cómodos, pero todos fueron elegidos por lo que despiertan. Porque a veces descansar también es dejar de necesitar tanto.

Alimentación local:

en la mayoría de las paradas del viaje: sabrosa, local, y pensada para nutrir cuerpo y alma (algunas comidas no están incluidas, y te contaremos por qué).

Exploraciones naturales:

selvas, playas, cascadas, volcanes y fuego. No para tachar destinos, sino para vivirlos con presencia.

Rituales y espacios guiados por nosotras:

para hablar desde el centro, sin necesidad de ser otra.

Dinámicas corporales y creativas:

movimiento, escritura, respiración, silencio.

Acompañamiento amoroso y profesional:

desde el primer mensaje hasta después del viaje.

Coordinación y logística en alianza con EduTours

una agencia local con amplia trayectoria en mostrar una Costa Rica verde, pura y real, tal como la viven estudiantes de biología y naturaleza de todo el mundo.

Tiempos no programados:

porque a veces lo más importante aparece cuando no está planeado.

– Algunas comidas, que serán oportunidad para explorar por tu cuenta o en grupo (te daremos toda la info).

   Este viaje no es para cualquiera.

Es para mujeres que ya no buscan experiencias que se vean bien, sino que se sientan verdaderas. Es para ti si… 
​– Has caminado procesos personales, sola o acompañada, y ahora deseas compartir desde otro lugar.
– Ya no te mueve el “hacer más” sino el vivir con más sentido.
– Estás en una transición (aunque no sepas cuál), y sientes que algo en ti se está reorganizando.
– Valorás la intimidad, la escucha y los espacios donde no hay necesidad de demostrar nada.
– Amás viajar, pero ya no solo como turista: querés tocar un país desde adentro, desde sus raíces y desde lo humano.
– Sabés sostenerte, pero ahora querés dejarte acompañar. No hay roles. No hay máscaras. No hay exigencias.

Catalina Calvo

Astróloga, tarotista, actriz, comunicadora, yogui. Costarricense y también un poco catalana.
Viví 12 años en Barcelona, donde caminé sendas de espiritualidad, arte y autoconocimiento que transformaron mi vida. Desde entonces acompaño a mujeres a reconectar con su valor, su confianza y su potencia.
Tierra Adentro nació al volver a Costa Rica y reencontrarme con Vero. Es la forma más hermosa que encontramos de compartir esta tierra y lo invisible que habita en ella: un viaje con alma, cuerpo y verdad.

Comunicadora, madre, esposa, viajera y mujer reinventándose con conciencia después de los 40.
A los 16 años hice mi primer viaje sola, y desde entonces no he parado. Vivir en otros países me abrió a culturas, calles y personas que me marcaron.
El reencuentro con Cata fue el inicio de un proceso de transformación interna que me reconectó conmigo misma. Por eso creamos Tierra Adentro: para compartir lo que nos sostuvo, lo que nos inspiró, lo que queremos ofrecer a otras mujeres en este camino.

Both of us (Vero & Cata) have lived abroad, and when we imagined this experience, we did it with them in mind.
More than just a trip, we want you to live it the way we would with dear friends: with intention, with freedom, and with real magic.

This isn’t a retreat to “find yourself.”
And it’s not a trip to collect experiences.
Tierra Adentro is a conscious pause.

An intimate 10-day journey through Costa Rica —and through yourself— without pressure, without filters.

Yes, we’ll walk among volcanoes and forests.
Yes, we’ll feel our bodies awaken in the water, through ritual and shared fire.
But we don’t do this to “improve ourselves” or “fix” anything.

Over the course of 10 days, you’ll explore Costa Rica from the inside out — not just through its paths, but through its rhythm, its land, its magic.

At most of our stops: delicious, local, and made to nourish body and soul. (Some meals are not included — we’ll tell you why.)

Not to check places off a list, but to experience them with presence.

I spent 12 years in Barcelona, walking paths of spirituality, art and self-discovery that changed my life. Since then, I’ve been guiding women back to their power, their confidence, their essence.


Tierra Adentro was born when I returned to Costa Rica and reconnected with Vero.


It’s the most beautiful way we’ve found to share this land — and the unseen mystery that lives within it — through a journey of soul, body, and truth.

I took my first solo trip at 16, and I haven’t stopped since. Living in other countries opened me to cultures, streets and people who shaped me deeply.


Reuniting with Cata marked the beginning of a transformation that brought me back to myself. That’s why we created Tierra Adentro: to share what carried us, what inspired us, and what we now wish to offer other women on this path.
